The room was terrible, the dresser was broken and the drawers were out, the toilet was loud. The carpets are bad. The rooms need to be upgraded but the location was great. Quick walk to everything.

Nice property a tad on the corner of the French Quarter. Property just needs a little TLC. Every single reclining chair at the pool is broken in some way, but still out on the property. The pool floor needs to be cleaned. Had bottle caps and such on floor. Our bathroom door had no handle at all to open or close the door. For the low price, hot water, and a bed, the property passes the test.

Beautiful hotel. It is old and did have some flood issue upstairs but we dis enjoy it. However, house keeping knocked on our door every hour. We were going to check out at 12 and told the housekeeping since 7am that we dont need any house keeping! We were trying to sleep after a late night! They knocked on our door at 7am, 8,and 9am! The courtyard was beautiful and staff were very sweet!

We stay here so much that I don’t know what else to say. Valet parking is awesome. The hotel is extremely quiet and peaceful. Staff is right on point. And the price is the best in the quarter.

Swampy hotel
The hotel was overbooked and under staffed. They didn’t have enough rooms to accommodate reservations and just getting checked in, was a nightmare. The AC in my room didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work, there was mold growing on the ceiling and waaaay too much moisture in the air. Everything felt wet/damp/musky. The mgr said she would credit my account since they were overbooked and couldn’t move me, but instead charged me even more
