First I would like to say the staff at the Wyndham were wonderful! Extremely friendly and helpful. However.. our room was nothing like the pictures. It was extremely dark and very dated. It smelled very musty and was dirty. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor when we entered. The bathtub had obviously not been cleaned at there was a used bar or soap still in it. The HVAC until was so load it sounded like a Diesel engine and when it kicked on was freezing cold. My daughter couldn’t even sleep in the bed next to it because it was so cold. Very disappointed in our stay.

The person acting as Concierge near the front desk was not very helpful on one particular Monday. After helping the hotel guest before us, the Concierge seemed to be irritated by something and told us that she didn't have time to schedule us for the activities we wanted to attend because she was leaving to go to another site however, less than an hour later we walked downstairs and there was the same Concierge person scheduling a tour for a different hotel guest. We were a bit irrated so we went ahead and found a welcome center down the street from the hotel and scheduled the tours and cooking school that we wanted to attend.
