Staff was very friendly and helpful.Staff was always cleaning.Room was nice and very clean.Housekeeper did great job.Plenty of police presence to keep streets safe.Hotel has it where if you don’t have a room you can’t get up past parking level.Felt safe.Would like to see coffee in lobby.

I saw that the card I had on file was declined, so I called the property that morning to offer another card to cover my stay. The lady I spoke with told me everything would be fine and I could pay at check in. I asked about incidentals, or a deposit, she said it was all included. When I arrived I checked in and checked my account I was charged 281.00. I called the front desk and the gentleman said that they do a 150 deposit on each reservation. It would have been nice to know that at booking or even when I called and asked. The hotel is nice and clean and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to explain things to me. However, I will not be staying here again.

We went for breakfast drinks and we were standing there just a few minutes before the lady came up to greet us I told her 3 for a table she just stood there writing on a seating chart the two people walked in and she asked how many and sat them before us so we turned around and left
