There were no signs for curbside unloading and instructions were linear. One helpful instruction at a time. Then check-in was very slow. The bathroom door jam had a wad of something brown on it The shower door was missing the seal along the bottom and the bathroom flooded about 40%. I won’t rebook this hotel.

Staff was very courteous, even with the Mardi Gras crowd, they work hard to accommodate everyone.

We loved everything about our stay, the room, the staff, the food and an ideal location.
