The room was “ok”. We had a loud sewage smell from our toilet the entire time. We were also overcharged by $25 for snacks from the area downstairs. They told us at the front desk they would refund it - but haven’t seen the credit.

I tried to call and cancel my trip 4 different times. Twice I was put on hold by the front desk for more than 30 minutes. I assume they're trained to just not answer you when you need to cancel.

The elevators did not work properly which doesn't sound like much but in talking to staff seemed to be a constant issue. Waited at times 15 minutes before taking the stairs from the 16th floor. Elevators either didn't work or stopped at every floor (no, wasn't kids). Staff were kind and tried to help when they could (taking us in the service elevator). Other than that, right beside the French Quarter. Clean. Not a lot of amenities. Good rate.
