Location was great and walking distance to great food and bars. Hotel smells amazing and has a great lobby atmosphere, very welcoming. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do. The room was so clean and smelled wonderful. Shower was nice and roomy and beds were comfortable. This is such a great location and we can’t wait to be back. 10/10.

This is a great hotel! It’s connected to the Ritz-Carlton and they share amenities — including the bar where there’s a live jazz band every night at 8 PM. The atmosphere is amazing! The only thing to note is that if you’re not familiar with the city, the surrounding area might feel a little rough at first, but it’s within easy walking distance to everything. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk people were great! Sherlita, thank you for your hospitality. You helped us tremendously and we felt super welcome for our first visit to New Orleans. Couple down sides: only 1 working elevator, Netflix was cutoff the 3rd night and my request to have the engineer come help never came through, and somehow there were no washcloths. Location was great though in that we were close enough to everything but not so close that it was loud which was great. Overall good experience and would stay here again.
