Location was great and walking distance to great food and bars. Hotel smells amazing and has a great lobby atmosphere, very welcoming. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do. The room was so clean and smelled wonderful. Shower was nice and roomy and beds were comfortable. This is such a great location and we can’t wait to be back. 10/10.

The room was not clean enough. At first, I was given a room with a window that opened in a way that anyone could enter my room. However, they immediately switched it for me when I asked. Other than that, it’s a good hotel. In hindsight, I would have chosen either a cheaper hotel or, for the price I paid, a more luxurious one.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. They made my stay very pleasant. They were very polite and made sure that they catered to all of our needs. On the other hand, for it to be the Courtyard Marriott the linen was filthy. Pillows looked as if they held mildew in them.

The hotel entrance is dark and uninviting. The rooms humid and have a unpleasant strong scent. The bed was 10 inches from the floor. I left immediately.

It was a terrible experience. Our room ended up being broken into by a drunk neighbor after the room was locked. Then we were given a room that had not been cleaned properly. All of the comforters had some sort of stain (and we asked for multiple changes). There was hair and floss left on the ground. They would not refund the room even though their locks were faulty.

This property was great! Convenient, and close to Bourbon Street, but not loud. Staff was welcoming. Room was clean. Pricing was excellent for all they offered. The only issue was the TV in the sitting area didn’t work. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Great spot for a solo traveler (especially ladies!) Staff was nice, very easy check in and check out, hotel was clean, and I never felt unsafe. It's walkable to every thing from Frenchman Street to the Garden District, it was such a nice place to land after a busy week exploring the city.
