The room itself was accommodating and clean. Their front desk didn't communicate our bellhop request, thus we waited close to an hour after check-out in our room and were late to our next destination. When we inquired at the front desk, they gave us the go-around and asked inappropriate questions.

Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans was okay. The location is convenient and the staff was friendly and professional. However, the room felt very outdated, especially the bathroom, which could really use a renovation. Everything was clean, but the overall look and feel didn’t match what I expected for the price. Decent stay, but I’d probably look at other options next time unless updates are made.

I love staying here during Mardi Gras season because the location is in close proximity to the parades, but not directly in the parade route. This makes it easy to catch an Uber or Lyft. The hotel is really nice and has a great breakfast buffet and restaurants.
