The building and rooms were old and dated. There were no towel racks to hang up used towels and the cleaning staff came whenever. Having said that, the rooms were clean, and the staff was unfailingly friendly, always ready to offer help. The hotel location was perfect: not on the main street with the crazy partying but close enough to be super convenient. My family and I felt safe and comfortable staying here and we would probably stay here again.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is old and the room was clean enough but looked old and things were broken in the room.. the breakfast was extremely over priced for what they served and there were 2 different menus with different prices .The coffee however was outstanding 👌

Fantastic location in the French Quarter. Nice amenities and pleasant staff. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious, but the service was quite slow. As long as you're not in a hurry in the morning, this place is fantastic!
