It was the quietest stay that I ever had in NOLA. My room faced the courtyard pool and even at it's busiest times I heard little to no noise. Great option for convention center guests since it's right down the street. Customer service needs improvement. Unfriendly staff especially at check in. Also not very close to the Quarter. Expect to do a lot of walking.

Our room had a leak in the ceiling that dropped water on our bed at 2:00 am. We had tons with rooms in the middle of the night and was not compensated for our inconvenience.
