I love how clean and it was, a perfect location, close to everything, very safe abd secure, the staff was very attentive as well. I commend you guys for doing such a great job with this location.

Once inside the noise was almost nonexistent! Everything was beautiful. Wish there would have been some ice trays but that is about it. Everything was very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay.

The noise in the surrounding area is awful. And beware of the extra fees charged after you pay for the room, they are almost as much!

DO NOT TRUST HOSTEEVA!!! They are dishonest and incompetent. I accidentally reserved two different rooms. I immediately called to cancel one room and it was canceled without a problem but they had already charged me a $200 security deposit on the first room. I was told by two different employees that they would be able to apply the $200 deposit to the correct room but instead they charged me $200 again and they would not return it. Nothing was damaged and they have no reason not to return my security deposit. They also stated they were going to give me a $200 discount because of the overcharge I experienced. They did in fact apply a $200 discount BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $200!!. To this day (four days after I checked out) I still do not have my security deposit back and I did not receive any benefit from the $200 discount be applied because they charged an additional 200 at the same time. They lie and do not do as they promise. To this date I am still overcharged for the room.

Excellent property. We were in town for a conference and the property offered a respite from the hustle and bustle of the conference. Quiet neighbourhood and building. Slept fantastically. Walking distance to the French Quarter.
