The villa is only 2.4 miles from the Allegiant (Raiders) Stadium and only an 8 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip!!!

Unique home features include a 4 car garage, high ceilings throughout and a 1,600 sq ft basement 5 TV Sports book, Pro Black Jack table and 10 person Poker Table!

Entire home has new modern furniture and Smart TVs in every room.
