The parking is it included in the reservation or not? Front desk said so but the offsite parking company says not. I have not resolved yet.

The first room still had cleaning supplies when we got in. They moved us. The second toilet was loose but otherwise fine. The shower is high to get in and out. The check in process was horrible. It is hard to find as it isn't in the front. Then you cannot talk with a human. It was just irritating. Then the pool was closed.

Room was clean but we booked for two adults and a child. Our room had a whole area that was empty and no where for our child to sleep. Also of all the Hilton resort people there a few including a guy named Josh was very rude and thought downgrading us was a way to get us to sign up for their free stuff.

Rooms were well cleaned and serviced very well by staff every day. Bed comfortable. Room was expensive for being downtown and a $25 Uber ride to the strip. Breakfast restaurant was fair and overpriced but you can walk across Fremont where there are more reasonable restaurants. Rooms are fairly large. Casino has some smoking areas. Very convenient to Fremont Experience but not convenient to Strip. Gambling tables had reasonable minimum bets.
