Cozy and quiet studio/living space

Private fully furnished living space in the lower level with en-suite newly renovated bathroom. All updated recently! Shared laundry facilities. Kitchenette and Small living area available with streaming tv. Owner on premises but you will be in garden apt and have plenty of quiet and privacy - you will be the only person downstairs mainly. Only reason why I cant listed as studio is because the laundry room is a shared space!

Use of Full kitchen available upon request 24-48 hours prior.
