"My two different nights stays at the Orangewood were very good. The place is very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a room facing the courtyard on my second stay and the staff made the change for me and followed up to make sure all was well. My strong reccommendation to management would be to reduce by a lot or eliminate the constant fragrance released in the common areas. It is too much for people with chemical or fragrance sensitivities. The shuttle driver was pleasant too. The pool and hot tub areas were also nice."

"My reservation was at a great price, easy check in, beautiful building-well cared for, amazing room, great buffet breakfast, secured parking...overall great stay. Due to business trip and early, I forgot my extra work shirt hanging in the closet. When I called after my event I was informed I had to go on line to have it delivered to me and pay a fee-this is ridicules and my office is a couple of miles away from the hotel."
