We could hear through the walls as if someone was sitting in the room with us. During our stay a person had a police scanner and you could hear loud and clear. Then at 4am someone was talking on the phone and could hear that as well. It was a bit unsettling. Did call the office and the scanner did stop. The breakfast was pretty good, room was clean and nice area and location. However hearing through the walls like that so late and early I don't think I would stay there again.

We did not stay after checked in less than 2 hours. 1. Room was not ready after 3 p.m. 2. Room was dirtying and it’s blenders so dirty. It looks like that house keeper hadn’t changed at all. 3. We asked her (who works at front desks) to cancel and full refund. 4. After she checked our room and agreed to full refund.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Lotus Kansas City, and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a great place—clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!
