Noticeably secure, lots of parking, fairly comfortable bed. After that it was pure loser. Full size frig was nice except the compressor made us jump "out of our skin" whenever it went off. Very loud clunk! Floor was filthy. The place was filthy inside and out.

PEOPLE LIVE AT THIS HOTEL. It is scary to smell the hotel from the outside. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS AND NEED A ROOF. One guest said there was roaches in their room.

We were in an obviously updated room. But it was remodeled it a very poor way. The bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom. The faucet in the tub wasn’t connected properly. It wasn’t even connected to the wall. There was no hair dryer to be found. Had a fridge and microwave and even a cutting board but no hair dryer?!?! There was marijuana and cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire building. But there are signs everywhere that say no smoking?!? Obviously not enforced! Also the first room we were assigned was extremely dirty. The floor was filthy. (We were assigned the only remaining room which was also dirty but like I said it was the only one left.) I swiped my foot from one side of the room to the other and ended up with a pile of stuff. Leaves, grass, hair and crumbs of some sort. Obviously the floor was not swept at all. Then I checked the bathroom after seeing the mess on the floor. The tub had long black hair all over it. No way that was cleaned either. It was a Choice hotel so I didn’t even think to check the reviews prior to booking since we had never had an issue with a Choice hotel prior. Won’t be staying here again!

Good location but it took a LONG time to get someone to the office to check us in and no one was anywhere to be seen to check out. The room was nice but not quite clean enough - mostly the floor needed to be swept. No extras - not even a hairdryer or coffee, but a nice low price.

Thank you your feedback. As a Woodspring Suites, we clean rooms every other week. This is part of the philosophy of keeping things simple and passing on the savings to our guests. We do, however offer additional housekeeping service at a fee. Thank you for staying, we just wish you had a better experience.

Everything was so clean. I got the room with the kitchen & the fridge looked as if it was never used. The bathroom was immaculate. I enjoyed my stay.
