Will return for the waterpark til the kids growup

Pros: Our kids (7 and 5) loved the waterpark. The clerk at the front with the Stitch hoodie was so sweet and friendly. Free breakfast was suitable. Great value for the price. Cons: The bathroom didn’t have a working fan and the whole room was so humid. Our towels didn’t dry in the slightest after 24 hours and no one changed them out during our 2-night stay even though we were out of the room all day. Next time I’ll bring my own towels or take a big stack from the pool area. Guy tending to the pool (full of children) wearing a shirt with the F word on it was a bit unusual lol. My kids didn’t notice him though.

We really enjoyed the water park. The beds were clean. However there was hair not from my family in the bathroom. Also the tv didn’t work. We had to call down to get extra sheets for the pull out bed.

Lots of lunch and dinner options less than a mile away. Price for room was spot on. Wish there was secondary curtains in the room to block out a bit more light, parking lot lights are bright (i like a dark room), room was comfy and cool.

This place is disgusting. We were first put into room 111. When we walked in, there was a very strong odor of cleaner and the carpets were very wet. We found a note from maintenance that stated they cleaned the air conditioner and carpet and to request a UV light to make sure everything was killed. We couldn’t stay because of the smell. They moved us to room 119. The kids found what looks like feces on the curtains. I went back to the front desk and said the only other room they had on first floor was 101. We didn’t need first floor, but they were trying not to send anyone upstairs because the elevator was broken. I went into 101 and found blood on the curtains. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Since then, hotels.com has reached out 4 times and the management refuses to respond regarding a refund. We have reached out to corporate and they say they can’t do anything to help except contact the manager. I attempted to call the manager myself but he won’t return calls. Please do not stay here. This place should be shut down for bodily fluids in the rooms.

Told to leave with my flat tire or i would be towe

My family and I were told to leave after 2 hours of checking in by the police. Im a single father of a twelve year old son 11 year old son and 8and 7 year old daughters.

We had accidentally left some of my husbands medical supplies and a medical pillow, called several times the day off checkout and the day after checkout before we left the area to try and recover the items, and kept being told to call later. Also pool was overpopulated. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I will not be returning.

Front desk staff was amazing! Poor was very nice, slide was closed when we arrived but opened up after about 30min of swimming. The only downside was the shower- we almost fell as it doesn’t have a drain so the water ended up all the way to the toilet. Pretty disappointed

Too loud.

The AC was loud. I could hear the neighbors making love. The bed was terrible. The TV remote didn't work. I couldn't sleep all night.
