The only good place about this location is the loc

There was a significant difference between what was noted online and what occurred. First, there was supposed to be a fitness center. There were, in fact, one treadmill that felt like it might fall apart at any given moment and one very sad elliptical. No water or cups were available in the "fitness center". The first night of our stay there were multiple lights in our room blinking incessantly. We brought it to the attention of the front desk as well as the lack of water pressure and they told us we should try one more night and unplug the phone and maybe it would be better than next night. The front desk staff were often talking to each other instead of working. Upon check-in the front desk clerk had to take a picture of my ID on her phone because the printer and other system weren't working. The pool was closed. The breakfast was disappointing. The furniture did not smell good and there was a huge stain on the wall.Overall the only good thing about this location was literally the location.

Wasn’t awful but will try elsewhere next trip

The Hotel was overall pretty good but there were some things that stood out that make the brand look bad. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but there was a mopped up nail polish spill on the carpet and a blood stain on the shower curtain. Breakfast was inconsistent in what was offered…more of a snack some days.

Disappointing Visit

Room was supposed to be a queen bed, was actually a double bed, which was not what we paid for. Night clerk was rude, day clerk was nice. Shower was barely adequate , breakfast was disappointing as we were anticipating a hot breakfast with eggs, etc.

This hotel is very quiet and clean. I liked the selection of breakfast foods available each morning as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time I am in the area.

Confused alienation hotel

Not good the staff was very hard to communicate with we got kicked out by the police at 9 am and was told nothing. Police escort off the premisis with no reason told we never seen staff at all. No one talked to us but the police department they said it was my brother I have no brother. I assume the lady at the desk needed some cash they also told me I must give cash deposit of 150 not impressed at all .
