There was blood splattered on the bedroom wall. The carpet was falling off the wall as was the curtain valance. The carpet was dirty and the furniture was very beat up. There was mold in the corners of the tub/shower.

I never received my room deposit back that I paid in cash and I was in compliance with no smoking and condition of room.

It took 20 minutes to check in, with the guy behind the counter not talking to me at all except to ask for ID and signature at the end. He was looking around several stacks of papers and the computer as if he couldn’t find my registration and not letting me know what was happening! There was mold/ dirt and I don’t want to know what else in the bathroom. We will not ever stay at one of these hotels again! Not happy!

There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot in cars - we didn’t feel safe. The cleanliness was ok - the overall condition was run-down & someone was shooting off fireworks in the parking lot all night causing someone’s car alarm to go off constantly. There was no breakfast as advertised on the website plus the outdoor pool was closed due to Covid - the pool & breakfast were the main reasons I chose this place for me and my child. The manager was very nice but wasn’t available during checkout to talk to. I would’ve spent a few bucks more for a nicer place had I known these were not available.

The room smelled like smoke, had stained sheets and towels and roaches. The comforter has cigarette burns and one of our beds was damp. The sheets were put on still damp. The light and fan in the bathroom needed repair. A man rushed up on our family as we parked. Totally dirty and unsafe.

This was my first bad experience with Days Inn, so I don't want to be harsh. The cleanliness was questionable at best, the shower didn't work, the sink was clogged. An employee was staring at us through the window at one point. It was definitely not what I am used to. But we slept okay, so I guess that is good.

The office was very hard to find. Then it had a note to go to another hotel to check in because theirs was closed - not late at night either. It was very confusing.

Read the reviews beforehand so was not surprised by what we actually found. Travelocies information did not correspond with the Days Inn: deposit had changed to $50.00 vice $25.00, was yold 10-15 minutes return at desk when checked was not refunded an hour later so called back and was told 3'5 days depending on bank. Info said 17 and under free but checkin said regardless of age is charged; we were not charged additional for 16 ye old grandson. List of discreps included: broken and leaking toilet; (Larry, maint said tank was cracked and could only put towels down to soak up water after initial repairs...supposed to replace after checkout. Rm 265). There were the hioles in the linen, bare minium in towels, broken drawer in nightstand, refrig full of water, it had been turned off as was clo CV k, not working but found unplugged. Worse parts were night lighting! Lights are turned offovernight making it dangerous going down the stairs to the lobby, especially for the early 6 to 9 Contential Breakfast; ran in to an elderly man sweeping the sidewalk when pitch dark. Since we chose not to be relocated for obvious reasons (BIG football game in town and out of courtesy, the room was still liveable). Housekeeping was terrible!!! We left the card on pillows for fresh linens since we were staying another night as the card our surprise the beds had not been touched or even made!!! I inqiured but was thg old we refused to relocate so they refused to service room.
