Water issue reported to front desk did eventually get fixed but water was not very hot throughout our stay. Staff said it was because outside temperature was cold. Doubtful. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned but housekeeping did come in and replaced towels but did not make our bed or replace coffee and cups so the next morning we had nothing for coffee in room. We did not put sign out for them not to clean our room as we were expecting that to be done.

I booked specifically for the shuttle to the airport. I needed a 3 AM shuttle and I had already booked the shuttle and found out that they don’t even come till 430. I tried to cancel that same day and it wasn’t allowed please refund.

I was disappointed in several things: - room seemed clean at first but our room 126 had paint repair in bathroom that appeared to be done OVER MILDEW - bathroom fan on a proximity switch & timer & fairly NOISY - no shutoff - HVAC came on several times overnight; sounds like a diesel truck idling 10 feet outside of window - breakfast bar was mostly inedible crap; whatever happened to scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal & fruit? - desk clerk refused to print me a receipt & had a language barrier problem.

The room was very clean! The skinny mattress was uncomfortable. Noise from room above us. Breakfast was just so-so. Dark hair on egg white omelet. Turkey sausage?? Coffee was okay.
