Clean hotel, however spoke directly to GM about an early check in possibility as I was in a wedding party and needed to get ready for events. I understand it’s based on avability and the cleaning crew. However there was inconsistency on any sort of answer. I spoke to a desk agent on a Friday morning on the phone and she was very rude, and was just as rude when we approached her at the front desk, after the GM mentioned that it should be fine to check in a couple hours early. When I was given the all clear to check in it was 30 minutes early which was greatly appreciated! However, after I got checked in there was no notice that the cleaning crew was in fact still working on the room and was a shocked as we were when we walked up to the door. Yummy breakfast, clean rooms, welcoming lobby.

Overall my stay was okay for what we needed. However, the rooms don’t seem to be insulated well or something because the noise all around could be heard constantly, making it tough to get a good nights rest. Room was clean enough and plenty of room. Just could have done without all the noise.

Great Hotel

This is a good place to stay whether you’re trying to be close to the airport or have something else to do in the area. The breakfast was good. The cinnamon rolls were better than other Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall the stay was great. Even with the hotel being next to the highway it is very insulated and there is no car noise to keep you up at night which was really nice. The rooms are typical. Clean, and have a tv and fridge. My only complaints were that the bed squeaked whenever I moved in it and I’m not a heavy person. That along with the AC taking forever to cool the room down. Other than that it was a great two night stay!
