Rate for room was higher than Travelocity rate. Receptionist was surly. Said I could take it up with management. First room was ground floor with bent window screen and broken window lock. Next room smelled. Shower caulking was very moldy. Felt unsafe due to shady people hanging around front parking lot and laying in the hall on ground floor. Will never stay at any Sleep In hotel again!

False advertisement about amenities. No pool( outside pool closed with cover on top, no breakfast, and no Wi-Fi. Those were all the amenities I looked for when searching for my hotel. Thats why I choose this hotel. Which I would have never choose knowing those amenities were not available.

I stay here several times a month on work trips and I have always had an enjoyable experience. Only once did I have an issue, a miss charge on my card, and they were more than helpful and apologetic. Resolved it immediately.

I rented this room with one goal only- to sleep! And that was prevented by noisy neighbors (practicing for their honeymoon?) then two phone calls at 3:30am saying nothing and then people started getting up and talking loudly in the hall as they passed my room. I had traveled all day and needed to travel all day the next day. I checked out beyond exhausted and afraid of falling asleep at the wheel. Enjoyed my last visit here and hoping it was just a fluke.

When we arrived at midnight, no one was at the desk. We ran the bell a few times and after :10 or so someone showed up. Got in the elevator to find trash on the floor. Opened the door to our room and the smell of cigarettes was terrible. Could not even walk in the room so we went back and got another room. Bed was comfortable and room was ok.
