I can’t recall the names of the two women at the front desk the night my wife and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. BUT, they were amazing. We will DEFINITLEY be staying at this hotel again. It’s our favorite hotel we’ve stayed at since we’ve been together and it was a beautiful way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you!!

Everything was fantastic.. my only complaint was that after day one our room wasn’t cleaned, and it was only when I called down to the front desk to find out why that they informed me that they only clean if requested which was not communicated at check-in.

We've been here before and this visit was no different. We enjoyed our anniversary stay from beginning to end. Drinks on the rooftop were perfect. Dinner on site was one of our best ever; from appetizer to dessert. And the room we stayed in was very comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel in a very busy area! Friday night brought a lot of …interesting characters. The staff were nice and helpful. We felt welcome and well cared for. The bar and restaurant at the entrance of the hotel were nice and we enjoyed our food and drinks. We stayed in a super cute room too. We will return to Crossroads in the future.

Nice place and location

Went to watch a band at Grinders, 10 minutes or so away. Perfect. Both the bar downstairs and the rooftop were hopping when we got back also. Good times.
