Moldy shower curtain. I paid over 400, a night and I think a new shower curtain is in order.

Very cool, modern hotel in an old warehouse. Very interesting look and vibe. Very nice modern room and comfortable bed. A minibar - which I always appreciate. Some seating and table in the room. Some streaming on the TV, although we could not add what we wanted to stream. Only real complaint is the barn style door on the bathroom - as you can hear whatever noises your partner makes in there. Nice lobby bar with wood fired pizza cooked right there and good, creative cocktails. Nice lively rooftop bar as well. The hotel was very crowded with a wedding and strong Saturday night traffic coming through; however, I never had to wait look for service - whether ordering ice to the room or ordering a drink at the bar. Some wait for the two elevators though. We used the valet service so no issues with parking - always quick service when retrieving the vehicle.

Great for a local arts district experience!

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and modern, and the shower was awesome! We didn't take advantage of anything in the mini bar or snack bar, but the room had several options to choose from. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage. There was a wedding happening during our stay and while it didn't really impact our stay, it limited our experience of the two hotel bars (lobby and rooftop). Since this is a smaller hotel, check their events calendar when you book to make sure you get the full experience you're looking for, or at least know what your in for. The location is in a historic, but congested part of the city and parking at the hotel is valet only. We chose to park at a nearby parking garage and walk, as the daily rates were slightly cheaper. It's going to cost you money either way, so consider whether the convenience is worth it to you. Overall, I would absolutely stay again. It's proximity to great local artistic installations, breweries, restaurants, and cafes makes it worth it if you are interested in that experience. We had a great time and met some cool people.
