I love this hotel so much, it’s one of my favorite all-time hotels! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff is so nice. Great location as well!

I booked four rooms for my family. My room was so much smaller than the rest and it was SO dark. Ugh. Felt like a cave. No coffee in the room. When we had one brought up it didn’t have a lid on it and leaked everywhere when pouring. Asked for a replacement bit didn’t receive. The hallways literally smelled like urine. I’m hoping it was just the flooring but it was bad. For almost $300 a night I expected more. The staff on the rooftop was great except they didn’t have Pinot Grigio:(. The service in the inside bar downstairs was so so.
