I like the location of the property. Away from the strip,yet easy to get to. We have stayed here many times and have really never had a problem with anything. When we did have issues and called about them, they were fixed in a timely manner. Love having a separate bedroom from the living and eating area.

Service was excellent! Outside of our room (A) there was food on the ground. Under the mattress of the LR sofa bed needs cleaning (food and crumbs) popcorn under the sofa. The master bathroom needs complete new paint job. The years of touch up look a little sloppy and tacky. The patio needs a good cleaning. There was food in the corners and tons of cob webs. We love Falls Creek and will be back. The units are just starting to show some wear.

Bed was not comfortable at all. I slept on the loveseat for the pull out. Walls are super thin so you heard people/kids yelling and running all night. The indoor pool was nice and they supplied life jackets. Hotel staff was nice as well. But left a day early

Loved how the place was spacious. The property was easy to get around. The thing I didn’t like, I called to see if my room happen to be ready a little sooner. The girl who I talked to first was super sweet and friendly. She told me to when to call back. I called back and it was a guy. He was rude and said it will be ready when I’m suppose to check in.

The property was in a great location putting is close to the entertainment but also close to the great fishing area. The rooms were outdated but very spacious for our large group. Property has a lot of amenities that our family enjoyed. Staff was excellent! They checked in with us to see how our stay was and helped with any requests we had.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient.

The property was immaculate. Great care of this property. Our unit was, however, next to a trailer court and our time on our bslcony was spent listening to neighbors talking about boils on their body, listening to their little dogs bark, or old ladies talking about their neighbors. Stuff like that. My kids thought it was funny. The check in was spectacular and they continued to check with us via text while there. The location was perfect as it is a short drive anywhere. We will definitely go back, just ask for a unit not overlooking the trailer court.

Refurbishing in process

They are in the process of refurbishing and we were in one of the older rooms. The thermostat did not work, so the room temperature was uncomfortable at times. They did bring us a fan which helped. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the mini golf course.
