One of the worst experiences we have ever had. I dont expect much, but other than the check in area, the rest of the staff was terrible. So rude in the waterpark area that we witnessed other kids scared and just left. Thats a terrible thing to experience with the kind of money that was spent

First stay for our family at Branson. Room was clean all the amenities seemed great for it being off season they were doing alot of work to the property and made plenty of noise early in the morning but we managed it. Staff kept trash empty and towels refreshed in our room. But keep your kids close by or the waterpark staff will verbally warn you and take the fun out of the experience. The only time we went into the buffet hall we got ran down by timeshare/travel people that weren't even with Grand Country. They seemed more like scam artist then providing an actual vacation opportunity and insulted me when I told them I would have to think about it. If it was up to me theres no amount of money that a timeshare/travel company could pay to be on the grounds. The indoor pool needs pool towels to make it more convenient then walking to the waterpark to get a towel to dry off. It was enjoyable and for the most part convenient having all the entertainment on the grounds.
