Great location close to arch and downtown attractions. Hotel itself seemed dirty. There was a strong odor near the elevators in lobby that smelled of sewage. This was constant entire time of our two night stay. On second night there was a roach on the door to our hotel room.

The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been sweep in a few stays. Hair and other dirt all over it. The bed sucked! It was like they forgot to put a mattress on the box springs! I would think for an upscale place like this the bed would been better! Basic training beds had more comfort!

My room had a great view to the arch and the court house. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like that we had to pay $30 per day for parking and the parking was very limited we couldn't find parking on Friday and we had to stay in and walk to other attractions to avoid not finding parking space on our return.

The police and EMTs were there and blocking street when we tried to check in. Had to circle around 3 times before finally finding a spot to even park and get out to check in. Once checked in was informed we would need to circle around again to get in line for valet. Valet parking would have been another 30 minute wait before we could even go to our room. My son was turned off by everything goung on outside yhe hotel he didn't even want to step foot in it. We had already had a disaster of a trip and decided it was not worth more. We did not stay. Went back in checked out and drove the 4 hours home.

room very clean and covid safe feeling. starbucks closed at 1.00pm, both restaurants connected to the hotel were closed. there is nowhere to walk - not a pharmacy, a place to eat etc. all that is near is the arch

Overall always a good stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Love going to Ruth’s Chris. Great location to get around St.Louis. Just miss the bar they used to have in the lobby. Was our favorite.

My view of the city was breath-taking and the view of the Arch in the background was simply amazing. Also, I didn't know where I was going when I first arrived but was able to speak with someone at the front desk. He was beyond kind and patient with me and that really resonated with me.
