Very nice rooms. Friendly staff. Shuttle driver's went out of their way to be accommodate. The manager on duty was checking and clearing tables for us during breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Plenty of room for all. What I didn't like was some of the desk staff. A few of the ladies wanted to argue when I was asked to give my opinion about my stay. We ran into issues with the shuttle service on pickup times.

Property was conveniently located. But very dated. Pool area has mold growing on the ceiling, walls & ground around pool. No towels when we went swimming 1 evening & jets not running in hot tub. Chemicals so strong, eyes were watering profusely. Front desk staff was incredible! Breakfast was overcrowded & tables/floors in eating area not kept clean.

Suite was spacious and very well priced. The indoor poor was very small for the size of the hotel, and there were no towels available even after we walked back to the desk and asked for more to be brought out. Breakfast was great, though. Despite the pool, we will be keeping this hotel in mind for future trips.

Travelocity overbooked the hotel and at 10 pm at check in with my son on crutches we had to relocate to another hotel 20 minutes away. This is unacceptable. The hotel staff was disorganized. People were coming out of their rooms complaining they didn’t have towels, sheets, pillows and bedding. I expect a full refund.

Not a horrible experience but not a great one either. Upon arriving at the check in desk, there were 3 other people in front of me and one person behind the desk, to me this is unacceptable. I get it, hotels get busy but you have tired travelers that want to be checked in, not wait in line. As I waited, more people continued to wait in line behind me and still, one person behind the desk. When more people did show up, the one young lady who checked me in (more like attempted) did not know what she was doing as it was the 4th or 5th day on the job. The staff needs to be more adequately trained and I understand there needs to be "on the job" training but she needed someone to be with her at all times as the gentleman that she asked to help her was also busy checking in guests. One thing that I really felt was unacceptable was only one elevator was in service. This hotel has 7 floors and only one working elevator was a huge blemish on their part. Other travelers had mentioned that it had already been out of service once earlier that same day, and it was still not working the next morning when we left. Our room... the room was clean, except for this weird little stain on the wall behind the bedroom door. I hate to be picky but for the price we paid, I expect the room (and walls) to be spotless when I check in. Stay again? Maybe, improve your desk help and make sure the maintenance/cleanliness is kept up like it should be and we might.

The overall hotel was nice, but after checking in, 5 minutes of being in our room, another guest opens the door using the key and room number they were given. That felt unsafe to me. Also after this “mix up” without letting me know, they deleted our keys to enter our room, and when my son went back early from game, and couldn’t get in, the person at desk told him he had to sit and wait, she was doing inventory and there were calls coming in. Someone else was also at front desk waiting to check in and she was on computer and answering phones instead of taking care of the guests in front of her. She also got very smart talking to my son and he had to call me to get back into the room after verification of his name and info. When I returned at midnight from game, our keys didn’t work and I had to go down and then she was on the phone with another guest also waiting and it took her over 10 minutes to get me new keys made. I should’ve been informed immediately about needing new keys. Also, when I called down and asked about certain toiletries being available, they said they did have it. Rode elevator down and then was told “it’s in market-have to pay”. So had to go back up, get my wallet and return to get needed items. This of course doesn’t include full staff, but sometimes a few bad apples makes the whole experience worse. For the money I paid, I expect better service and treatment. This is not a daily treat for me & I had to save for months to afford this trip for my family.

Decent hotel, not too far from Gateway Arch

Hotel was in pretty good shape and clean. Staff wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, but they weren’t rude either. Price was decent compared to downtown hotels.
