One elevator was broken, and it was very busy. So this made things difficult. The pool and hot tub water was a dark bownish color which was very unsettling. Part of the reason why we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub, but wouldnt get it, as it was not clean. Really liked the breakfast. The happy hour and dinner options were a very nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall: good experience would stay again

Overall, it was a comfortable hotel. As of March 2025, they are down to one elevator due to repairs, that makes a bit of a headache. The ceiling in our room needed a deep clean and I very much prefer a liner in the trash can. They have long term parking if you are flying out and start the continental breakfast around 3:30 (hot breakfast was 6:30 or 7) for people catching early flights. I was not flying out and had a tough time finding a parking spot. Also, being so close to the airport that you can watch the planes take off is pretty cool, although hearing them all night was a bit annoying.

The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast and dinner options are so handy! Also happy hour is an added bonus. My only complaint would be the hot tub … it needed new water and cleaned! Kids should not be allowed in it!

I always stay at Drury Inn when I go to St Louis on business because the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. I like the breakfast in morning and dinner at night. The staff is always friendly! I usually stay at the one in St Charles but I wanted to be close to the airport to catch my flight early the next morning so I stayed at this one. Everything was great except the area around the hotel is noisy and dirty.

Small Things

After we checked in, another couple was given the same room we were already in, so we had a little surprise seeing other people walk up to the door of our room and open it with a key card. That also made our key cards inaccessible for the room. Storm went through and knocked out power for 3 hours on the first night of our stay. That isn't the hotels fault, but we didn't know what the emergency plan for the ptoperty was and communication becomes difficult without power or internet. We found out the next morning there were a lot of people who went to the first-floor hallway. I don't think you could fit everybody from six floors of rooms into one hallway. Are there safe areas on every floor? Is everybody supposed to go down to the first floor? Better communication during an emergency may need to be looked into? Property is in process of upgrading elevators, so there was one elevator available for 6 floors of guests. Our last night on the property, there was not a parking space available, so we had to park at the restaurant next door which had signs clearly stating it was for restaurant parking only, but we didn't have any other choice. I'm guessing this location either doesn't have a limit on the number of vehicles allowed per room or they just don't have enough parking spaces available for nights when they may be fully booked. We didn't really have any major issues with our stay, but there were several small things that made our stay good rather than great.

Did the park and fly, they offer free dinner with many options, continental breakfast from 3am-6am, then hot breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and courteous. Would stay again while traveling, worth the fee of the parking.
