Originally charged for 2 rooms bc we had 4 grandsons aged 7 & 8. Forced to reserve 2 rooms even though we planned to & did sleep in 1 room. We were comped for 2nd room. That was unused. Kudos to Pear Tree Inn for recognizing this. This will definitely make them our next choice for the future trips backed. Already discussing the next trip plans!

The front desk staff are excellent. The hotel is so close to the Gateway arch and just a short walk from Busch Stadium to see a Cardinals game. We got an excellent deal on Expedia only about $30 more than some other questionable motels we had stayed at anlong our cross country road trip. If you stay on the fifth floor in the center side of the hallway, it connects to an indoor commons area with the swimming pool, gym, laundry room, etc. We didn’t stay long enough to fully enjoy it, but that was a real treat.

We absolutely loved our stay! I don’t see hotels like this anymore and we are planning an intentional trip to St. Louis just so we can come back to the hotel and really spend some time. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Also… ghosts? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was excellent in every way. We wanted to see the Arch and it was less than a 1/2 mile walk from there. We could leave our car in the garage while we went and came back after noon to continue our trip. Very clean, nice breakfast. Everything we wanted!
