I want to express my most sincere gratitude for the staff. Our first night, it was warm in our room. In the morning it was 81° in the room, and certainly hotter in the bathroom. I let the staff know before we were out all day. When we came back from dinner, there was a new room key in our room, for us to move 1 room down. It was already nice and cool and super convenient for us to move. Thank you!
