needs major updates to infrastructure and furniture. duvet comforter barely had any filling left in it. no microwaves in rooms and microwave in lobby couldn’t fit dinner plates provided by staff. hotel did not smell good. no tv guide or local guides in room. good location in downtown. not the worst stay, but definitely not worth the price or up to standard of other hilton/4 star hotels.

Room was small and way overpriced, had a problem with parking and ice in the vending machine was dirty. Would not recommend!

Upon check in the lady that helped us was very kind and confirmed our 4 day - 3 night reservation (Fri-Mon), made friendly chat, discussed parking with us and so on. However, we had to get new room keys 3 different times, and parking keys twice. Sunday the gentleman working the desk very rudely told me my keys were not working because I was supposed to be gone already as I only had a one night stay, even though this was Sunday and I checked in Friday. He reluctantly gave me another key after I showed him the proof and blamed it on expedia even though I used Travelocity. I had a room with the Jacuzzi tub but could not use it because the drain was broke, it would not lift and the first night we stayed there was a roach crawling up the bedroom door... The location is perfect for walking everywhere, but do not plan on being able to sleep, and there it a lot of sidewalks blocked for construction.

The guys (justin) that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We asked about places to eat and he gave us plenty of places to choose from.
