The staff was great, the check-in quick,the breakfast had fresh fruit and a chef making omelets, and the room was updated, clean, spacious, and quiet. Couldn't ask for anything more!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, a very quiet place, the staff was friendly. The hotel had garage parking that did not have clear instructions and we were not given clear instructions at check in. The hotel was a maze with a lot of walking. It is not handicap friendly, if one has walking problems it would be wise to find another place to stay. There was no ice on our floor, although it had an ice machine. When I ask about ice, was informed it was on floor 5 and 6. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothered us a big stain on the cover sheet of one of the beds which we didn’t use because of that.

Room was ok but needed inspected. Fan makes a hum, fan on the built in ac/heater made a horrible sound, bathroom was outdated. I had never stayed in the 3000's so went to an area i was familiar with but was wrong. Had to go all rhe waybto the desl to ask for help. As for the front desl i had to geth their attention for assistance and they didnt bother to tell me how to get to my room. Ive stayed here before, not sure what is going on that thehotel just felt...cheap.
