Beware the uneven sidewalk esp if you are elderly or on blood thinners. Between the uneven sidewalk and loose adjacent dirt, I tripped, fell, face planted. Resulting in minor but still painful injuries.

Pro- great location right by the park with so many great attractions, cookies in the evening, tea and coffee out all the time, friendly staff, comfortable bed Con- first room had a big stain on the bed got moved and there was a bright red stain on the floor in the new room, an unhoused person was wondering the hotel one evening.

The room only had one small trash can, which was overflowing by the time we left (2 nights) and there was no additional trash liner available to take out the trash. The receptionist, Juanita, was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable. She provided plates, napkins and and flatware for our takeout dinner (the restaurant did not provide any of this). The breakfast attendants worked hard to keep items refilled and fresh.
