When we arrived they did not activate the key so we went back to activate the key and they gave us a room that was by surprise, opened. We were so tired from driving that napped for 2 hours. When we woke up realized that the room was filthy. Full of dust, drinks splashed on the walls, the sheets had yellow spots, there was so much dust you could draw on it. (I got pictures). We went to request a new room and they gave us a room but didnt activate the key (again) and at that point we were so tired that we decided to just sleep on the room with plastic bags on top of the sheets. The only clean thing was the bathroom (thankfully). Also the elevator smelled of pee and cigarettes, the stairs smelled of cigarettes. They got such a good location and parking they should invest more on cleaning because who wa.ts to sleep in a dirty place when they can sleep in the car or pay a little bit more for a hotel. Absolutley discusting, does not recommend.

The elevator wreaked of urine heading to my room and the room itself was completely disturbing. The sheets and pillows were soiled and the floor was not cleaned at all. I was very displeased with my stay and actually only showered there and was gone for the majority of the day.

This hotel looked ok by the pictures online, however it was another story in person. First off the location was sketchy. The elevator smelled bad and there were strange dark stains all over the hallway carpets. When we entered the room the smell was awful, it was a combination of old smoke, mold, body odor and dirt. The bed sheets had ink stains on them and were not well made. The mirror was dirty and streaked. Everything in the room was old and disgusting. After a brief look around we decided to leave and take our chances on finding another available hotel room. I'd rather have had to sleep in my car than to stay in that room! The only nice thing I can say about this hotel was that the front desk person was nice.

Property was extremely filthy. Room was filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Breakfast area was filthy -/ no breakfast for us. Only reason for not walking out was wanting to stay close to the downtown area which was booked up. Never stay here again
