Very nice, clean room, with friendly staff. Its a wonderful pre-Great Depression building that's been nicely remodeled for modern needs while retaining some original components from 1929. If I ever need to stay in the St Louis area again, ill definitely try to snag a room here.

Very clean room, front desk was great. Rooms are nice but my only complaints are my room didn’t have a microwave and the parking is expensive here. $48 to park for valet unless I find parking on the street which could possibly be free.

The overnight front desk manager was very courteous and apologetic about the valet. I checked out right before 4am and she summoned the valet. Almost 30mins later, no car. She called him again and it turned out, he just went back to sleep. Well, there's a major snow storm blowing thru then the valet decided to get my car stuck. More thsn 30mins went by before they finally got it out. The property only provided these guys a shovel. How does a property like this not have other means of keeping their driveway clear when everyone knew Almost 2ft of snow would fall? In all, i spent more than an hour waiting for my car to the tune of $48 per day for valet parking. Did i mention my flight boarded shortly after they finally got it free?

We had a HUGE room that was very comfortable. I don't like that the room temperature won't get any lower than 67. We had inroom coffee, which was nice, but I had to go downstairs the 2nd day to get more because they didn't replenish it and there was coffee available in the lobby. Other than that- we were VERY happy
