The staff was friendly - check-in was a little slow because there was only one person at the counter with at least 10 people in line to check-in, but they did eventually bring on another staff to check folks in. The hotel needs serious attention and updating. Everything felt a little dingy, but not necessarily "dirty". Bathroom was extremely small and the ceiling paint was peeling that I almost didn't want to use it. Room was large, which was one of the few positives. I appreciated the parking garage, but the spaces felt extremely tight and getting in and out wasn't always easy.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is AMAZING! They were all so happy to help at all times. Bed were very comfortable. Řoom was clean. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options. Will stay here again for sure. You get way more than your $ worth!

Room was great, clean and comfortable for the price. Hotel is a walkable distance to both city Museum and Union Station, which is great. Our only problem was the state of the pool. The water was murky, and the whole thing did not appear to be clean. Hot tub was not really hot and did not have enough water in it. My kids really wanted to swim in the pool so it was somewhat of a problem for us. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay.

A great stay, better hotel than most.

Front desk was friendly and professional without being stuffy. Even as we walked to our room, staff took the time to greet us. The pool was a nice, refreshing time for the kids. I LOVED the free snack and drink offered at 5:30. All three kids had a plate of nachos and decided it was enough for their supper meal. Our fire alarm started chirping and contacted the front desk. They immediately attended to it and apologized for the aggravation. The evening was very quiet and uneventful. Breakfast buffet had enough choices to meet my diabetic needs, and even vegan needs. Impressed with the absolute cleanliness, friendliness, and quietness. The only thing I found lacking was my mattress was too soft. But that is personal choice so not to upset over it!

Less than impressed

The staff was friendly but the rooms and food were lacking. The rooms were dusty and the mattresses really uncomfortable. The breakfast food was cold and not appetizing. The pool was super cloudy and the hot tub looked like someone poured soap in it.

There was a system wide outage when we arrived, but the staff handled it beautifully. Rooms were a little smaller than expected, as it seemed to be an older hotel. Had to search different floors for a working ice machine, but loved the proximity to the places we wanted to go.

Liked that they had a hot tub! The room is a normal okay standard room. Nothing exciting for the price I think it's because it's close to downtown and the weekend I went there was a convention so paid almost 600 for 2 nights

Ok stay

Unfortunately it took 2 hours to get checked in. Doris at the front desk was amazing and so kind, always ensuring that guests that recently arrived knew what the hold up was. But two other ladies up front (one with long blonde hair and one with multiple facial piercings) were very rude anytime guests asked them what was going on with check in.

It was ok we only stayed one night.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to go get a box fan at 1:30 am. I had our temp down too 66° but it still said it was 82° in our room. Besides that it was an ok place to stay but we probably won't be staying there again
