Clean? Proceed with caution.

We chose this hotel because it's where the rest of ur family was staying. My initial choice was different and I regret changing hotels. This place is showing its age. We booked two adjoining rooms. The problems began almost immediately. The room for our children had bugs and stained linens. Our rooms had no real closet, just a small, unusable cupboard. We asked for new rooms. The problems continued, but not to the level that would cause us to request another move. We were too tired, but in the new rooms, my husband got locked in the bathroom which required help from the engineering staff and we found pepperoni on the floor in the corner of our "clean" room. Tha staff was kind, but standards aren't being kept.

It was ok.

I picked the wrong day to stay. They hosted prom while I was there. It was on the 12th floor and I was on the 4th but there were still loud people out in the halls all night. The room is dated but seemed clean. The front desk was pleasant and the shuttle was very convenient. I didn’t get to use any amenities because I had to fly out too early.
