This was a great hotel. The building is old and historic but the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was very busy on the weekends and they didn’t refill everything closer to the finish time so your options were fewer. But the gym was great and so was the staff, they were all really friendly and helpful!

Parking is expensive and only one valet helping many people park and retrieve their cars wait was long . no closet, only 1 chair at desk no other spaces to sit and relax other than bed

The front desk was helpful and friendly especially Delshannon. The breakfast was good, but wasn't restocked well. I came down for breakfast both mornings at 920am and there was no bread/bagels/muffins left and the syrup was empty. I asked one of the employees to get more and she gave me a curt answer. The room was clean but very small, but did the trick for sleeping.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it upon arrival. Maintenance was notified. When we returned from our event the air was still not working. We were told maintenance had left for the night and hotel was booked. We were provided a boxfan and that helped. I was told management would contact me in the morning and never heard from them.

There were several activities going on the weekend we stayed, so check in was a little backed up, but overall a great stay.

The toilet would intermittently not flush. They need to look at the details. Multiple areas that can use a wipe down. Breakfast items low both mornings. Was told they just had a big group leave. You are a 12 story hotel, you should’ve been able to handle a big group. The front desk staff was friendly.
