My experience was not the best. Upon walking in the room it smelled like cigarettes. When I asked the woman at the front desk about some air freshener she followed me to the room to check. She tried to tell me it was just the cleaning product but she would let me borrow a humidifier device for 30 minutes. The blankets had stains on it, the bathroom vents were dusty and the tub was discolored. Also the TV did not work it was green on every channel. And a discolor at the bottom of the screen. When I mentioned it to the front desk that the TV was not working or the control her response was "I told you last night the channels starts at 11". Also some of the plugs did not work.

Never refilledbthe toiletries, had to go down to office for more tp, never got my $50 deposit back, some lights didnt work, stains on bedding, overall really bad hotel room.

First off how can someone let a building get like that it smelt like urine in the room my grandma couldn’t even use the bathroom because of the stench and the room had big balls of lint and trash on the couches the beds had stains didn’t dare put our stuff on there it was just a horrible experience I would like a refund and please someone get it together there it’s bad.

It was an overall unforgettable uncomfortable and unsettling stay. Muggy room with roaches. No hotels around had any rooms available. The price was outrageous for the state the hotel was in.

Pay a little more for better stay

I guess it is what you pay for. I will be spending the extra $50-60 to get a place that doesn’t smell and is cleaned well. I would not suggest staying here!

Buyer Beware

When we arrived the hotel was run down. We ended up having to make other accommodations because we didn't feel safe staying there. I tried to cancel our reservation and i couldn't. Don't use this site to reserve a hotel it's a rip off. Photos are misleading. I want my money back.
