Door lock was broken, room was smaller than the picture made it look, iron and ironing board missing, bathroom light barely worked, cigarette burns on the sheets. We ended up not staying and returned the key a few hours later. Will never stay at a Red Roof again.

The room was uninhabitable. There was a used condom and broken glass outside the door, the curtains falling off the window such it wouldn’t close and it was a first floor room (no privacy), a smudge on the bathroom door (couldn’t tell if it was poop or blood), there was hair in the toilet, and the room smelled incredibly bad of smoke. I have pictures of all 4 thing I have listed. I am requesting a refund of the money I spent on a room that I did not stay to use.

Killed 2 roaches in my first night. The shower was so inoperable, the floors tracked so much dirt. The ceiling started dripping some type of brown liquid, and there is. No fridge or microwave in the room which makes it highly inconvenient
