Front desk did not tell us the AC was not working u til after we checked in. We reserved three rooms. The restaurant had a limited lunch and dinner menu. We were traveling with a kid and the restaurant could not accommodate lunch for a kid. Also the grout in the bathroom looked dirty and the carpet in the rooms was dirty and there was liquid splattered on the wall behind the couch. The valet took a very long time. There was only one valet there the three days we were there. The wait was up to 15 minutes. Our daughter requested a fan for her room due to the AC not working and it never arrived. We had to go buy o e for her and her family.

First off, parking was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive…if you accepted what the front desk offered. Walk a block or two and the price was half that of the hotel. Otherwise, pleasant lobby, nice fast elevator, and, most importantly, very dog friendly. The room—we, of course, had been ‘elevated’ to a deluxe ‘king’ (i.e., the odd room at the end of the hall, that refused to layout the way others did—was adequate at best. The heating system malfunctioned and the room stayed at a toasty 80º. Good water and hot water. Excellent calzone restaurant right outside the door (and I don’t think much of calzones generally). Wacky guests, of course. It was difficult to take Elsie, our GSD, ‘out’ when necessary from the 17th floor, though eventually she loved riding the elevator and learned to press the call button in no time.
