Everything about the stay was great. Best hotel experience we’ve had. First time in Kansas City and we picked a good place to stay. Valet, gym, pool and concierge all top notch. Gym has the biggest variety of equipment I’ve ever seen. Room was CLEAN. Literally our only issue was with our neighbors on the last night that brought a loud stereo.

Great service and views.ble parking and community.

The service was great and the property was extremely clean. I had no complaints other than the fact that the parking was absolutely horrendous. Its one thing that they charge your for self parking (and even more for valet) but its another thing that the garage was always booked and there was no spots for parking..and the only other spots avaliable were either for valet or COMPACT parking which made absolutely no sense because most vehicles do not fit in compact parking. Considering what we paid for the price of the hotel, complimentary parking should be complimentary. Also, I'll give the hotel a good 1 mile radius of cleanliness, anything outside of that is just trash. Alot of homelessness and construction. Traffic is terrible and the people are unforgiving. Definitely recommend staying in Overland Park or some place with a nicer community than KC.
