We have stayed here previously with no issue. This time when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty. Shower was full of little hairs everywhere. Was disgusting. We didn’t have time to go back to complain as we were meeting friends for dinner, plus since it was late when we checked in housekeeping was prob gone for the day. we just changed and left in a hurry, when we got back to the hotel it was late.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. This was our second stay here. Both times we were in town to see a concert. Location is convenient and an easy drive to Grinders and Uptown Theater where we saw the shows. We will definitely stay again!

This was a clean and cooperative place to stay. My friend slipped in the shower and when I reported this incident to Kyree and management I requested a handicap adapted room. My wishes were addressed the next morning. I appreciated Crystal's friendliness and efficiency at the front desk. Finally, we needed to check out a day early and I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 days.

We had a vehicle breakdown and did not make it the first night. Did online check in to secure our rooms. Showed up the next day and was very rudely told that online check in does not check you in and they gave up our room as a no call and still charged us for a night we DIDN’T stay and GAVE AWAY THE ROOM

Pro - clean, safe, good breakfast, nice area close to all the good tourist places. Con - front desk charged us 5.00 a day for using Expedia. We have never been charged separately but he said it’s in small print on Expedia’s site. No maid service unless you ask. When we asked we never received it. Had to to the front desk daily for coffee and towels. Unfortunate.
