Not happy

I booked here with group of friends specifically so we could get double beds. When we arrived we were told they were out of double beds but the King suites had a pullout couch. 1)Sleeping on a pull out sucks 2) I'm not paying $200 a night to make my own bed. They did offer to move us across the street, but since we didn't have a car that wasn't viable. They should have contacted us in advance.

The property was convenient, near the airport. There really isn't much else to do around the hotel itself. The rooms were nice and clean. Cooper at the front desk was outstanding! Excellent service. The shuttle experience will be why we will not stay or recommend this hotel again. We signed up for the morning shuttle to catch our flight, the driver took off right in front of us, came back to get us and was very rude and upset. We had to ask her to stop yelling in front of our small children. The driver continued to complain about us, the shuttle, her schedule, her "vacation time" etc the entire way to the airport. Our extended family was on the following shuttle to the airport and reported that the driver was still complaining about us to them! Once we arrived back in town; the shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport, the driver got locked out of the shuttle once there, *different driver from the previous ride, complained about her evening and shift and how overworked she was the entire ride. Our extended family got in at 4am the next morning and was not able to take advantage of the "24 hour" shuttle service. Very disappointing.
