The staff and cleanliness were great. The building is outdated, but the problem is the beds!! They beds were straights coils, no cushions. We were up all night and really exhausted from our trip. It was really not healthy for us, and such a disappointing situation from an Embassy Suite property. I really believe we should receive a partial refund and I will ensure the company knows the staff are awesome and the beds tragic.

Room was noisy due to what seemed to be a leaking pipe in the wall. The reception on the tvs was very poor. The bed pillows were rather flat and need to be replaced. Overall, I probably won't be staying at this hotel again. I also think the hotel needs a refresh/remodel and it seemed old and outdated.

The room was okay, didn't seem like the room was cleaned before hand. The breakfast was amazing. During the stay my 6 year old found a prescription pill on the ground that my baby could of gotten. We asked the front desk to talk to management about what they could do to fix this issue but never heard anything. Lack of communication from this makes me want to steer away next time we come. Hopefully someone can reach out to make it right.

The room was clean but could use an upgrade in the bathroom tub. The bedding was clean and beds were mud soft and easy to sleep. The room was quiet and temperature was tolerable in the room. The breakfast chef was amazing and accommodated my dietary needs.

We have stayed here a few times but this was one of worst hotel stays I have had. We didn’t get to check in late as we are traveling. The room was dirty there was chips around the bed there was food caked on the lamp on the night side table. , there was no shampoo or conditioner it was 1am when we took showers and there was no room service at this time they got off at midnight. The heat did not work well and it was freezing and there was no comfort or top cover. The k cups that were in the room had been used and left there. The only good thing was that the breakfast was ok.
