I like that it was close to everything and could walk to restaurant to eat and t mobile center and the bed was very comfortable and didn't have to check out till 12pm the next day

The room had an overall feeling of being cleaned. However there was hair in the tub, the ac unit had mold growing in the vents, the coffee drip tray had fuzzy mold in it. The sheets looked as if they was already slept in very wrinkly. The bed was comfortable. Just didnt look very clean..when i took a shower the water wasnt draining and was past my ankles before i was finish.

Property was beautiful. Got to our room had no AC, called down to the Front Dess told him we had no AC so they get a hold of maintenance hour and a half later no when it showed up we called the front office again told him we still didn’t have AC and nobody has come they got somebody there right away after that. And it was fixed within the half hour. Technicians were awesome very friendly just very disappointed in not having AC when we first got there since it was 90 degrees outside.

Hotel and room were great, quiet, comfortable bed, great view of the city. Only drawbacks were the lack of coffee (except 2 cups provided in room) until 6am, no coffee or continental breakfast in lobby area. "Marketplace" (self-serve/pay) area was BIG TIME expensive. Overall, very nice though.

We love the location for nightlife. However, the pool was disappointingly small and swarming with little kids at 8:30 at night. We were looking for more of a relaxing feel. Also, there was absolutely no parking available in the parking garage we had to pay $20 for. They did refund our $20 but we had to park several blocks down and pay over $30. Lastly, there wasn’t a microwave in the room. We were looking forward to reheating our leftovers, but didn’t want to go down to the lobby to use the microwave right at the front desk, that’s awkward. The hotel is gorgeous! The room is gorgeous! The bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is fantastic in the shower. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the location. Just the other things made this a one-time stay.
