The hotel's facilities were top-notch. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and indulging in the spa services, which were heavenly. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a selection of fresh and delicious options.

Rooms a little outdated. Air conditioner very loud. You have to wait on elevators most of the time. Good parking. Close walk to stadium. But we enjoyed are stay. And will probably use them every year to come to Cardinals games.

The property itself was clean but our actual room wasn’t cleaned properly and the shower didn’t work at all. The bedding was stained, dust on curtains and mirror. Tub was filthy. I have requested a refund.

The experience you receive from staff at this location is great. Everyone we friendly and helpful. But that’s where the positives end. My wife and I were upgraded to an executive room because it was her birthday. We thought this was great, until we got there. The room itself was a big contrast to the lovely lobby area. The room was very dated, neglected, dirty, and noisy. The furniture was very beat up with chips and paint missing from many surfaces. Large visible stains everywhere from the walls to the chairs and the bathroom vanity. And my lord was it noisy. It didn’t help that other hotel guests were being quite rude by throwing a party at 11pm in the adjacent room and the walls were thin as paper, but noise from outside the hotel down on the street was exceptionally noticeable, almost like a window was open (which isn’t possible). Loud cars and sirens emit into the room at all hours of the day. For the price paid to stay here, it was not worth it one bit. We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for less. Overall a relatively negative experience, what more do you expect for St. Louis?

For almost $300 a night…not very clean! Disappoint

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The first morning of our stay we found a man’s dirty worn sock. Also the counter in the room had leftover dried pizza sauce or ketchup. The bathtub was dirty looking and the corners of that room were not clean. Also the door in the bathroom was very worn and dirty at the bottom. Also when we showered the fire alarm would go off. For almost $300 a night, I expected better than that!! Some comping for the cost of our room would be nice!
