This was my 3rd time staying at this property. This was the first time I had any complaints, the air in the room wasn’t cooling at all, the water pressure in the shower was horrible unless you had it all the way on hot. Bathroom floor was very first, toilet hardly flushed. Otherwise, everything was great!

Staff was friendly and helpful! AC in our rooms struggled to keep up with the St.Louis Heat. (Understandable it was 97) Bar downstairs needs more staff after games, good food, staff was just overwhelmed!! All in all the location to the ballpark is to good to pass up!

Was very clean. Seemed like a good hotel room. The only thing is our shower head wasn’t working properly and we called the front desk for maintenance and he said he was on his way up. And we waited and waited for a couple of hours than we went down there because our keys weren’t working right either. Told them about our keys front desk seem very friendly said he fixed our keys (which were better not totally fixed, we had someone always in the room to let us in) he also said he will send someone up right away. Well he never came up at all for 2 nights we stayed. If those things didn’t happen I would recommend this hotel especially for how close we were to the bush stadium. Seemed clean and everyone seemed friendly.

We checked in at 4 which is check in time. The room was not ready until 6. The game started at 6. We had to leave our luggage with the bell hop and just go. The room was almost too hot to sleep in, the elevators and hallways were also very very hot.

Workers were very nice, rooftop bar was amazing! Only thing was check in was at 4pm showed up past that and room was not ready. We were asked to down graded from stadium view to arch view (could not see the arch at all) room was extremely hot. Got room credit because of the room mix up/ change but still got charged for everything ( talked to front desk and waiting for pending transaction to be removed) but have been charged for everything so far!

The property is beautiful but it was nightmare checking in. They clould not find our reserfation and it took anout 30 minutes. Then we finaly got to our room with all of luggage and the keys did not work. This trip is to save my marraige and he was annoyed before we even startedd. You would think they would have compensated in some way, even a simple dessert to our room. Very disappointed.

The Mattress was not comfortable annd it was very loud. There were also not enough towels for the amount of people we booked. Beautiful view but also no early check in available and when I called to ask the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence.
