The air did not work, not only in our room. But we talked to multiple other guest and the air wasn’t working in any room. Smelt incredibly musky. Which could because of the air not running but it was so hot. Honestly, would love a full refund because that was one of the worst days I’ve ever had in a room. Complain to the staff, and they said our broke. No compensation whatsoever.

Stay made easy!
Overall, great place and location. Just wished the front elevator had worked and that ice machines were more accessible. Rooms were clean and nice. It worked out perfect for our weekend trip. We didn't have to move our care the whole three days we were there. Thank you.

The most convenient elevators near front desk weren’t working so we had a longer walk w luggage. No food options in hotel (just snacks) and casino has limited restaurant options. Couldn’t check in at the appropriate time (3pm) because room wasn’t ready. They called us at 4pm though.

Don at the desk was absolutely amazing. The front elevator was down si it took a while on the back elevator to get to the room. The room itself, nice and spacious. The housekeepers need training on making sure to get the hair out the showers..gross

This wasn't a great stay. Proximity to the Convention Center was GREAT. Proximity to the Casino was GREAT. That's about where the great stops. The luggage carts at the front door were all broken. The front desk staff was less than helpful or friendly. The carpets and everything was dirty. Only 1 elevator for the entire hotel was working. The workout facility had two 15# dumbbells and one 20# dumbbell. The coffee maker in the room was broken, but when asked if I could get some coffee from the front desk, I was directed to Starbucks! Overall, just not a great stay, considering that folks from our team stayed next door for about $300 less and had hot breakfasts, coffee, facilities, proximity, cleanliness, and everything I would have expected for what I paid. Unfortunate.

The rooms were dirty. I pulled my night stand out because the outlets in the lamp didn’t work. Behind the night stand was so dirty, on the side of the safe was dirty, under the desk was dirty. Something brown was dripping down on the ledge of the shower. I had to use a hand sanitize wipe to clean the brown sticky gross stuff off the hair dryer. The bar was closed. Three of the 4 elevators were not working. Very old needs to be updated.

Worst Experience
Checking in the staff is indifferent in attitude and there is not any available bell services. There is a luggage cart present to use that is brass but needed care and polishing. The courtyard was quiet with a bar that was closed and a water feature that had algae growth on the top portion . The nonsmoking room was strong with cigarette odor . The front desk was notified and they sent a gentleman with a can of febreeze. He said that he had not seen their ozone air cleaner in a long time. He used the febreeze air freshener extensively including in the air filter and guaranteed this will fix the odor. I left for two hours and returned to a room that smelled of febreeze and smoke which made me nauseated and started to give me a headache. I then asked to change rooms and was told that the were sold out . They refused to give me any refund for any of my three days upon checking out within 3 hours of my check in that day. Nobody was apologetic or acted like they cared. They actually were rude and did not look up when I gave them the keycards back. The suitcase and clothes on hangers still had the smell of cigarettes in the car when we left. We then stayed in a hotel down the street that was wonderful .

Moldy shower, dust and grime. Grubby old carpet. Outdated fixtures and lobby. No food or beverage options in hotel itself. One set of Elevators wasn’t in service. Small bathrooms.

Room smelled very smokey. Had to run the air handler to make it bearable. There was a big burnt spot in the carpet. Like a cigar had fallen to the floor. Hotel clerk said our room was non-smoking.

Didn’t take any photos. There were stains on my sheets and the shower and toilet was dirty It was the middle of the night when I checked in and I was tired and sleepy didn’t feel like dealing with the inconvenience of changing rooms or waiting for front desk to fix, I just don’t think I would like to stay there again

I don’t like the fact most things inside the hotel don’t work. Some of the employees was rude. Furniture had burn marks wall paper was peeling hair was in the shower and I had to constantly ask for wash clothes and towels
