"Hotel itself was nice. I enjoyed the fitness center and the room had a great view of the arch. Very close to the arch and not everything that it offered we were able to walk to energize her park. The general store that they had was extremely overpriced on everything. Not knowing what was around us when we first got there. I felt like they were gouging us for the things that we needed. Like a poncho that was disposable is $15 ridiculous.! , but we needed it so we bought them."

"Our first night there was a large group for the evening reception and they couldn’t seem to refill the snacks so we didn’t get to eat. A few nights we had to inquire if they were still having a reception since nothing was out. Every night reception snacks included Fritos, chips/salsa, cheese cubes, carrots/celery, and cookies. The soda machine kept breaking even at the bar. Our kids loved the pizza, but we had to pay for it at the ‘diner.’ I hadn’t been able to eat/swallow for 6 weeks due to surgical complications and was looking forward to at least eating the cheese off a pizza for protein on our last night there but they ran out of pizza (and reception had just started). Only other item I could eat was ice cream but they also had run out. Ice machines on our floor and 2 floors above it never worked."
