"The thing that stands out to us was the attention to us when we first arrived and discovered the air conditioning in the room was not working. It was brought to the hotel maintenance person and determined we needed to be placed in another room. We expected a similar-size room as a replacement but it was a suite they put us in. Very impressive. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the variety to select from. The process of validating our parking was also easy. I could see some modernization could still be made but it was a good place for us to headquarter for our weekend."

"The hotel itself was very clean- lobby was great. Elevator and hallways were clean. Some aspects of the room were a little dirty. For example- visible dust behind the night stand, Stains on lampshades, paper items from the room- tv channel guide, etc... had stains or marks on them. Overall I gave it 4/5 for cleanliness. Felt that it was unworthy of a 5th star, but was definitely better than a 3/5"

"We enjoyed the unique art vibe and decor. The art was a little creepy and I would prefer something more fun and whimsical. Too many plastic products!"
