Horrible mattress

Pros: Coffee, restaurants and bars all on site
Cons: Bed and bathroom
Location: Didn't venture out
Mattress was horrible - old and soft. Bathroom outdated.

not bad

when we checked in they had over booked and did not have any of the type of room we paid for avalible so they did upgrade our room to suite at no additional charge to us. the down side was we booked non smoking and the suite we got upgraded to was a smoking room so it had a bit of an odor to it. the overall appearance of the room was very nice except for the whole in the wall from a door handle. most the staff was friendly. the only big issue I had was while eating lunch at the buffet they had water on the floor and no cation sign and my girlfriend slipped and fell pretty hard. one of the serves got the manager and had EMTs come over. all the manager said was these guys are going to look you over. it seemed real odd to me that she didn't even apologize or seem to care. the rest of the staff was nice though the server who saw her fall and one other the men refilling the buffet who saw it both asked her if she was ok but the manager realy seemed to not care. kind of weird. overall a nice hotel though

Dirty and Smelly

Pros: The Casino
Cons: No smoking
The 2nd floor hallway was dirty, as if no one had vacuumed for several days. And the carpet was in terrible shape. The lighting in our guest room bathroom was terrible. The sink stopper was broke. The hotel smelled bad because they allow smoking in the guest rooms.

Cons: awareness pay attention to small things
Location: malls ,more casinos ,dining ,attractions, history
Checking in was disappointing because one I became very ill on flight so my energy and tolerance level was low. Valet was no where to be found I had to beg the clerk to take my keys while she insisted someone would e assisting me momentarily I ended going to my room and my wife waited patiently for some one to take keys. Next morning wife says to me this room is dirty I say how she says the chair is very dirty crumbs stains etc. she tells me we should get another I say no honey don't fel like changing rooms she says oh well its your money.so we leave hotel to see sights and what do you know we are tracking valet again cant find know to bring car up 25 minutes later keep ion mind not that busy at all. we get back that evening still searching for valet so we just started leaving keys with guest check in wanted to order room service no books no menu in room we figured maybe they don't hAVE RooM SERVICE NEXT MORNING WE see TRAYS IN FRONT OF ROOM DOORS SO WOW THEY DO HAVE ROOM SERVICE. good thing we see the room attendant and ask she says yes you should have a menu card well she brought us one not to mention this god awful smell of sulfur or something woke us up so we dined out for breakfast that morning and all through the the hotel area smelled like sewage every evening so we ask what is that smell and the young lady replied no one has reported a smell to her she does not know what we are talking about oh well just wanted out the hotel as soon as possible

It was Convenient and close

Very friendly staff . I especially enjoyed the staff member at the coffee shop taking my order and running the register , she was very professional .

Poor service at this hotel!!! Casino was okay.

Room wasn't ready 2 1/2 hours after check in. Had to change in their public bathroom due to not having the room ready. Was given a room key that didn't work then they have us a different key which opened the room which was occupied my someone else. Front desk woman blamed this on the computer. Never really got much of an apology even from management. No comp cause I booked through Travelocity. Only positive was room was clean and bed was comfy. Lousy service for such an expensive room!

Great Experience!

Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: We would have liked a pool, however, we enjoyed the excellent fitness center.
Location: Ballgame in Busch Stadium downtown St. Louis. Also, other casinos in the area.
We stayed 3 nights and received 40 percent off which turned out to be a great value for all the fun we had. The room was clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. We got a better night's sleep than we get at home! We were impressed with the fun casino slots, and we were winners! The entire stay was a winning experience. We will return soon!

Just on short notice I was given a room of quality and no second best.

Pros: Quiet, casino
We came up with a few extra days on Valentines day so we thought we would see what was available and was amazed at how much was offered through this sight. I am so glad we came to this sight......thanks again, Jo-in-Mo
