Julia at the front desk was pleasant, patient, effective and friendly. If this is a no smoking in the building, guests should be made aware that this policy includes marijana. Getting off the elevator on the 4th floor (sunset) the smell of pot was very apparent.

We were given and adjoining room. I could see the light of the TV all night along with the entire conversation the other people were having. I could also hear the other people snoring as if they were in our room.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Casino players club staff, not as much. You would think that since we were first timers, they would have been a little nicer. They seemed put out that we needed new cards and one woman was rude and scolded me because I was in the wrong line. Overall our stay was really good.
