The sheets on one of the beds were either dirty or stained. We only stayed one night because of a travel advisory due to snow. Multiple calls to hotel later always end up that the manager is not available. Recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

We had to ask for a replacement roll of toilet paper on day 2 of our stay and go to desk to get it 45 min later. Should have had an extra roll in the room already. We had to ask for fresh/new towels and wait hours for them but ended up using dirty towels for the 2nd time. A cleaning crew member should have been available to bring new towels or get some out of an empty room when a request is made. I had to go to desk to finally get clean towels 12 hours later because ours were never changed out. Trash was never emptied and room never cleaned for entire stay. Breakfast’s were good and bed was comfortable. Shower water would not stay a constant temperature. Excuses don’t get return/repeat customers. I find it hard to believe all the available towels were being washed and not available for 2 hours.

Never got any room service. Had no toilet paper had no tissues, had no trash bags. Never had a cleaning lady come to our room and we was there for 3 days. I had to ask every time for towels they never had any pool towels. The pool water was 58* so we couldn’t use the pool. The hot tub was so hot it burned your skin. Also made made us pay a $35 early check-in fee when we was only there 15 minutes early maybe 20 minutes early and had to get all of our service ourselves and had to ask for all of our services multiple times even ran out of things. Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you.
