Hotel was just ok! Very old and outdated, felt like a funeral home by the decor and dim lighting. Food at the brews brother restaurant sucked. Decided to stay here because the room was discounted couldn’t imagine paying a dollar more. And don’t forget toiletries, nothing is offered unless you want to pay $6 for a stick of gum sized toothpaste

We reserved and paid for 2 queen beds checked in said all they had left was 1 king bed room. Finally they said they could add a roll a way bed. It was not very comfortable after a lone evening Chiefs game. Met 2 other friends at black jack table so 4 of us playing at least 90 minutes and pit boss shut 15$ table down and no other 15$ tables had room. We stay for all home games for past dozen years, but not impressed this weekend. did like new noodle chinese restaurant.

We had stayed here a while back we stayed in two different rooms. The first one was beautiful. The second one was even more beautiful wasn’t as impressed with this room. The Vegas room was the most beautiful, but we had the very first time at Kansas City deluxe suite I believe and we was expecting the same cause it was the same with what we booked this time and they were not the same, but it was still a good stay.

For a disabled person, it really sucks to have to go all the way to the lobby, every time I wanted to heat something up. No, microwaves in rooms that's a first for me. One chair either sit on the bed or stand with my wife. Ask for a chair desk chair even nobody responded?

We visited Harrah’s for a concert on 10/4/2025. We were very happy with our accommodations, which were clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
