We stayed here for one night trip to KC. Overall it was a very clean and quiet place to stay. The staff were very friendly. I am one to inspect a room remove covers etc to ensure my room and bed are clean. My husband hates it because we would change rooms multiple times until it is clean enough for us to lay our heads. I did NOT have to do this at this location. My husband is pleased.

Also, service worker were knocking on all of the doors including mine at 0900 saying over and over. “room service.” I asked the manager about this and he said he would discount my stay but he didn’t provide any information and I have yet to receive a refund

Staff was good when checking in. Bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were not cleaned well. Had a hard time finding somewhere to park at night. But overall had a good stay.
