Overall a nice stay for one night. The room and bathroom were spacious. My only complaint would be that there was exactly one hook in the bathroom, that was wedged between the shower and the back of the bathroom door. No place to hang bath towels, hand towels or a toiletry bag.

The hotel is very nice, the beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. However, Beacon Hill is listed as the number one most dangerous area in Kansas Cit, MO. Hopefully, the local government can find relief for the people who live in the area.

The property itself is quite clean and modern. We were sold on the size of the room but it really didn't seem any larger than any other hotel that would have 2 queens in it. The water pressure is super low so showers can take longer than normal. For some reason the smoke detector had a plastic bag around it. The person at front desk said that it is a trick that smokers use to smoke undetected in the room. Cleaning staff need to be aware of this and make sure it isn't allowed when they are cleaning the rooms. There are so many hotel rooms at similar properties in KC and this one isn't in the best neighborhood.

Great Stay. Would happily stay again!

What a fabulous stay. Clean, good breakfast, safe, friendly. The only issue I had was that the fitness center was HOT! And I do mean HOT. I had others comment as well when we were in there. The water was also out in there for my entire stay.

The property was fine. The laundry facilities could use an update. It took entirely too long to dry my little bit of laundry and I had the dryer on the highest setting. I was very impressed with the maid staff. We stayed for five days and they check into see if we needed anything when they were on our floor everyday. The front desk was helpful with directions and amenity information.

Room smelled like dirty laundry. The carpet felt sticky, like it had not been steam cleaned in a long time. The furniture was old and the armchair looked so dirty and stained that we laid a towel on it to sit down. The bathtub drained so annoyingly slowly. Breakfast was the same every day, with few choices. Plus points, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom appeared clean.
